Job Summary

  • The Talent Manager is primarily responsible for the staffing and performance management of ~40-50 consultants, understanding their strengths, development objectives, and career goals.
  • They will proactively, delicately and empathetically balance the needs of the business alongside the preferences, career goals and development needs of the consultant to deliver appropriate staffing and talent management outcomes.
  • This is a hybrid role that requires a presence in our midtown office 3 days per week, with no option to be fully remote.
