Job Summary

  • This role builds an 'Everybody, Every Day' improvement culture and provides structure to drive sustainable operational results.
  • You will facilitate cross-functional Kaizen events and support strategic projects while coaching employees on problem-solving and waste reduction.
  • The position requires up to 70% domestic and international travel, including overnight stays and weekend availability.

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
  • 1-3 years relevant experience

  • Experience leading structured improvement events
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
