Job Summary
The Global Trial Associate role is part of a 12-month leadership development program with rotations and in-depth training across CTA, SM, and LTM roles.
Key responsibilities include providing administrative and logistical support for clinical trials, maintaining trial documentation, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulations.
Upon successful completion, GTAs will be placed in either the LTM or SM role based on business needs and individual skill sets.
