Job Summary

• The Real Estate Appraisal Assistant / Trainee will be trained to become one of our board certified appraisers specializing in manufactured and modular housing appraisals.
• They will join our current staff of 9 appraisers and will be involved in market research, identifying comparable sales, writing appraisal reports, developing relationships with clients and field inspectors, and helping us maintain the high quality of customer service that our customers have come to expect.
