Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) is seeking a Legal Contract Management Lead in Dublin, Ireland, to join their collaborative legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in contract management, particularly within the financial technology sector, and will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and providing legal support on various commercial contracts

Job Summary

  • This is a broad-based in-house commercial legal role, with a particular focus upon preparing and negotiating contract documentation with commercial clients of the company, principally for the Capital Markets division of FIS.
  • You will provide legal support to Sales and businesses within the company on a wide variety of issues that arise in the context of commercial contracts and information technology in areas that include software licensing, IT services (including SaaS and hosting), privacy and regulatory matters that impact our contracts.
