You will lead the department with excellent customer service on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, and at the checkouts, while also developing sales strategies and organizing stock.
Key responsibilities include ensuring sales budget compliance, analyzing KPIs, optimizing garment flow, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and evaluating and developing department staff.
