  • Collaborate with multiple functional organizations (human resources, talent acquisition, business management, mission assurance, global supply chain, manufacturing, and security) to define strategies that enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Salary

Base: $126,400.00 - $219,500.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of professional experience
  • Master’s degree with 10 years of professional experience
  • PhD with 8 years of professional experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance
  • Proven experience delivering projects on time
