Must-have
Proven experience as a diesel technician
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Nice-to-have
Ford experience preferred
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Commitment to quality workmanship
Key Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
ASE certifications and/or Ford certifications are a plus
