Job Summary
Act as a technical and operational reference for Operations and Resource Management in Brazil, coordinating and structuring area routines including capacity planning, resource allocation, and reporting processes.
Coordinate the Operations team, contributing to the organization, prioritization, and development of analysts and assistants, and act as a focal point for Operations and Resource Management.
Consolidate and analyze operational data (pipeline, backlog, revenue, headcount), generating insights for decision-making and identifying opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
