Job Summary

• Performs a variety of general laundry and housekeeping/cleaning duties to provide quality laundry service and to maintain the nursing home in a sanitary manner, and free from offensive orders.
• Make available a quantity of clean linen for proper care and comfort of all residents and maintain all linen in good repair.
• Collect laundry from residents daily or as needed, sort, treat, wash, dry and fold clothing and linens, and deliver clean laundry items to resident rooms.
