Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Active U.S. state bar membership
10+ years post-qualification legal experience
Substantial cryptocurrency and digital assets law expertise
Deal-level exposure to institutional trading or prime brokerage
Experience building and managing legal teams in high-velocity environments
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of multiple regulatory regimes like MiCA and SEC
Experience closing cross-border agreements under time pressure
Prior experience designing scalable legal processes and playbooks
Key Requirements
Active membership with a U.S. state bar
10+ years of post-qualification legal experience
Demonstrated track record at top-tier law firm or financial institution
