Must-have
Fluent in Dutch and English
Qualified lawyer in the Netherlands
Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
Legal advice on compliance and regulatory matters
Managing legal disputes and litigation
Experience with Dutch employment law

Collaborating with multicultural teams
Experience with environmental litigation
Supporting internal compliance programs
Supervisory board meeting preparation

Key Requirements
7-10 years post-qualification legal experience
Lawyer qualified in the Netherlands
Experience in chemical manufacturing or engineering thermoplastics
