  • Support the Branch Manager and assist with managing branch activities including operations, customer experience and team member experience, while driving branch performance through leadership and coaching.
  • Dedicates approximately half of their time to delivering direct customer service—engaging with customers to resolve inquiries and support their financial needs to reinforce an exceptional in-branch experience.
  • Plays a critical role in fostering team development, being a role model of expected behaviors, and ensuring the branch meets its financial and service goals.
