The MDS Director assesses resident care needs, supervises staff, coordinates with the Inter-Disciplinary Team, and develops individualized care plans.

Key Requirements
Current unencumbered South Carolina nursing license
Current CPR certification
MDS experience within last 2 years in Skilled Nursing
