Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Direct patient care in acute dialysis setting
Operating hemodialysis and CRRT equipment
Vascular access cannulation and monitoring
Accurate documentation in EMS and ACES systems
Emergency response including CPR initiation
Nice-to-have
Participation in quality improvement activities
Experience with bloodborne pathogen control
Ability to lift up to 200 lbs with assistance
Color vision proficiency for safety checks
Key Requirements
Current appropriate state licensure
Minimum one year medical-surgical nursing experience
Successful completion of CPR Certification
Completion of hemodialysis training course
Pass Ishihara's Color Blindness test or accommodation
