  • As a Pharmacy Manager, this position will be responsible for the overall operation within assigned pharmacy department and improving prescription count and patient count by promoting exceptional customer service and professional image within the community.
  • The role includes supervising pharmacy staff, ensuring compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations, managing inventory and loss prevention, and coordinating sales and promotional programs for the pharmacy department.
  • The position requires maintaining confidentiality of customer’s private medical information according to HIPAA and involves active participation in pharmaceutical professional groups and organizations.

Key Requirements
