Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing outreach athletic training as well as some rehabilitation and medical office support services for clinical areas of the Sports Medicine Center.
Primary responsibilities include outreach activities consisting of event coverage for high school, recreational or club sports.
The Athletic Trainer will work within their scope of practice as outlined by the Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Athletic Trainers Board of the State of Ohio.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Completion of an approved education program in athletic training
State of Ohio Athletic Trainer license required
NATA certification required
Two to three years experience in out-patient orthopedic/sports medicine facility preferred
Previous experience working with athletic populations required
