Must-have
12+ years AI/ML engineering experience
Python and deep learning frameworks expertise
Experience with foundation models and agents
Proven track record leading large-scale incubations
Ability to connect AI to industrial use cases

Experience with Azure cloud deployment
Familiarity with MLOps practices
Exposure to AI governance and security
