Job Summary

  • Assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day to day functions of the nursing service department in accordance with current rules and regulations.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of nursing care plans and quality assurance programs to ensure comprehensive resident care.
  • Provide supervision to nursing staff, perform nursing assessments, and ensure compliance with nursing standards and facility policies.

Key Requirements

  • Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
