Job Summary

  • Provide personalized Face-2-Face training to home testing customers on obtaining a finger stick blood sample, operating PT/INR products, and reporting responsibilities.
  • The Trainer will remotely set up training appointments, travel to customers' homes, demonstrate and instruct on proper equipment use, explain test reporting options, and maintain professional communication.
  • Accurately document and submit patient training records electronically, maintaining communication with Acelis Connected Health via cell phone, email, and internet access.
