0-3 years Level I Technician experience
3+ years Level II Technician experience
5+ years Level III Technician experience
8+ years Sr Level Technician experience
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Experience with automated fiber placement (AFP)
Experience with lamination
Experience with large out-of-autoclave (OoA) oven curing
Experience with trimming, drilling, routing, machining
Experience with robotics
Experience with adhesives, sealants, thermal blankets
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
Ability to lift 50lbs
Comfortable working at heights
Comfortable working in confined spaces
