Job Summary

  • You’ll be the connective tissue between engineering and the shop floor, ensuring propeller components and assemblies are producible, efficient, high-quality, and compliant with aerospace standards.
  • You will get to provide day-to-day manufacturing and liaison engineering support, partnering directly with Design Engineering and production teams.
  • You will get to resolve shop floor issues using root cause and corrective action methodologies and identify and drive improvements to tooling, processes, and manufacturing flow.
