Job Summary
Serve as a strategic leader and field partner on the Integrated Firm Field Engagement Team, ensuring Financial Advisors and Market Executive Teams are equipped to deliver the firm’s leading Global non-personal capabilities and institutional offerings to clients and prospects.
Partner closely with Market Executive teams, workplace business development partners, and SCM to educate advisors and clients, identify and activate opportunities, and drive integrated, outcome-oriented engagement across regions.
The Field Director leads from the front, helping Financial Advisors and Market Executive Teams deliver the full firm to clients, enabling the field to recognize and activate existing institutional opportunities while fostering collaboration, education, and growth across the firm’s capabilities.

California: $120,000 - $205,000; Illinois: $95,000 - $165,000; New York: $120,000 - $205,000; Bonus/Equity: Commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off, etc.
