Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering plus 5 years experience
  • Master’s degree in engineering plus 3 years experience
  • Experience with USDA, FDA, PMO, and state dairy regulations
  • Project, Asset or Risk Management certification (PMP, PMI-RMP, IAM)
  • Experience in Dairy, Biotech, Pharmaceutical or Food manufacturing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience managing budgets up to $20 million
