Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and incidents immediately to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm environment while strictly adhering to privacy and safety protocols.
