Job Summary
Ensure the seamless execution of end-to-end order fulfillment and international logistics operations across nominated APAC regions.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, warehouses, carriers, distributors, and external authorities to resolve order and shipping matters efficiently.
Contribute to service level performance, process optimisation, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, operational accuracy, and cost-effective distribution outcomes.

3-5 years of experience in international trade, logistics, or customer service
Experience in global operations environment

Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel)
Familiarity with marine insurance and international finance documents
Knowledge of international freight forwarding
Understanding of international trade practices
