  • Anti-surface Unit Warfare and Search and Rescue experience
  • Weaponeering effects delivery experience
  • Link-16 experience
  • Experience writing and amending multi-media instructional courseware
  • Familiar with quality standards, training plans, and training media
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Physically able to perform all instructional tasks
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Capable of obtaining and maintaining Controlled Goods and NATO SECRET security clearance
