  • You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and administration of SuccessFactors Talent: Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and other talent-related functions.
  • Your responsibilities include consulting clients on HR processes and the seamless technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly for talent processes.
  • You will analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend best practices to implement effective SuccessFactors Talent processes.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • SAP SuccessFactors TAL/RCR Technical Consultant

  • Lead projects from scoping to go-live
  • Fluent in German and English

Key Requirements

  • Good knowledge of HR processes and best practices, at least in Talent Management
  • Willingness to travel
