CommBank is seeking a Compliance Manager for a 12-month secondment within its Institutional Banking and Markets (IB&M) Compliance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services compliance, particularly within the Australian regulatory environment, and will play a key role in supporting business units while ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations

Job Summary

  • This role will support the Head of Compliance Advisory, including coverage of Debt Capital Markets, Global Client Coverage, Capital Structuring, Trade Finance, Transaction Banking, Investment Research teams.
  • As a Compliance Manager you’ll support sustainable business growth across IB&M through regulatory obligation and policy advisory, product and business activity review and approval, risk profile challenge and approval, regulatory engagement, and regulatory reform advisory.
