Key Requirements

  • Bachelors Level Degree in Pharmacy
  • Virginia Pharmacist License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Previous clinical experience preferred
  • Doctorate Level Degree in Pharmacy preferred
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
  • PGY1/PGY2 Residency training preferred
