Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Qualified Health or Social Care Professional
Registered with a Professional Standards Body
Significant management experience in the sector
Ability to deliver complex support and training
Understanding of Ofsted and CQC regulatory models
Nice-to-have
IOSH H&S qualification or working towards it
Experience delivering training and support
Specialist area of understanding as a port of call
Willingness to travel around the region
Experience supporting and nurturing other associates
