Must-have
US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
Derivatives and Hedging accounting expertise
Month-end and quarter-end accounting activities
Record-to-report (R2R) processes
Microsoft Office advanced Excel skills
Strong internal controls and SOX compliance
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of German accounting standards
Experience with Hyperion Essbase and Oracle Financials
Data analytics and visualization tools
Independent decision-making capabilities
Multi-geographical process experience
Strong communication with global stakeholders
Key Requirements
Master’s degree in accounting or related field
Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA/MBA-Finance
2-4 years progressive experience in R2R areas
In-depth knowledge of ASC815 and FIN39
Experience with SOX and internal controls
Experience in multi-geographical regulatory reporting
