The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in software development, team management, and strong technical leadership with a focus on customer-facing applications. **

Job Summary

  • This role will have broad ownership that encompasses almost all aspects of our customer facing applications including our marketing e-commerce, learning platforms, QA systems, production support, and the integrations between those systems.
  • The ideal candidate is a collaborative, confident and competent team leader and trusted IT business partner with a strong orientation for building highly effective teams, process and data driven decision making, and delivering on key initiatives with direct business value.
  • Help to improve the development process of the customer facing applications team to optimize for delivery and predictability and create an engineering culture of ownership, accountability, testing, and measurement.
