  • Lead, develop, and implement new and existing environmental programs/practices aimed to mitigate hazards, ensure compliance, and improve plant environmental processes within the Knoxville site.
  • Interpret, implement, coordinate, and maintain the regulatory compliance rhythm to assure completion of reporting and recording for applicable Federal, State and Local Environmental Permits, regulations, programs, and 3M EHS standards.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering
  • Two (2) years of environmental compliance/reporting experience
  • Master's degree in relevant field
  • Five (5) or more years in EHS manufacturing role
  • Experience with environmental program administration
  • Experience interacting with regulatory agencies
  • Certified in QEP or CHMM
