Key Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a cardiovascular care environment
  • BLS and ACLS certification required
  • Current North Carolina Medical Board Medical License (PA)
  • Certified by NCCPA (PA)
  • Master's Degree preferred (PA)
  • Current North Carolina Board of Nursing Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner license (NP)
  • Board certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by AANP or ANCC (NP)
  • Prior nursing experience in a cardiology environment preferred (NP)
  • Minimum of two year's APP post-graduate experience in a cardiovascular care environment (NP)
