This position is responsible to coordinate day-to-day client activities for assigned property/facility in alignment with Scope of work and client's expectation while embracing development and deployment of comprehensive programs to oversee and ensure consistent high-level execution of service delivery of all integrated facilities management (IFM) associated services

Job Summary

  • This position is responsible to coordinate day-to-day client activities for assigned property/facility in alignment with Scope of work and client's expectation while embracing development and deployment of comprehensive programs to oversee and ensure consistent high-level execution of service delivery of all integrated facilities management (IFM) associated services.
  • You will manage building maintenance including preventive, corrective and predictive, contract services, budget planning and control, third party vendor management, engagement with Sourcing for purchasing of material, equipment and supplies while maintaining accountability for on-going relationship with property owner (landlord) to ensure compliance with applicable service level agreements and Key performance indicators.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years Facilities Management experience
  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
  • Working knowledge of critical systems
  • Intermediate to advanced Office suites knowledge
  • Strong problem solving capabilities
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication
