The Master Technician will be the focal point in the depot for complex technical issues and OBD diagnostics, forming the interface between engineers and the Engineering Manager.

The role includes responsibility for diagnostics, repairs, and advice on engines, gearboxes, axles, electrical faults, and leading complex fault finding related to CAN Line, After-Treatment Exhaust Systems, Euro 5/Euro 6 Engines, Multiplex and Electrical Faults, High Voltage and Hybrid System Diagnostics.

Key Requirements
NVQ Level 3 minimum qualification
Full UK driving licence with 6 points or less
Ability to pass PCV pre-employment medical
Comprehensive understanding of diagnostic equipment
Experience with diagnostic software such as Cummins Insite, Volvo Tech Tool, ACTIA, WABCO, Xentry
