Job Summary

  • You will advise customers on the technical implementation of Conversational AI use cases and develop hybrid solutions combining classic flows with Generative AI.
  • Your responsibilities include designing and optimizing system prompts, personas, and guardrails for secure and brand-compliant AI responses, as well as integrating AI agents with third-party systems via REST-APIs or MCP.
  • You will leverage JavaScript/TypeScript to validate LLM output, transform data formats, and bridge low-code with complex business logic, while possessing strong German and good English language skills.
