  • The Global Trial Associate role is part of a 12-month leadership development program with in-depth training across multiple clinical trial roles.
  • GTAs will gain knowledge and support activities of Site Managers and Local Trial Managers, focusing on pharmaceutical development, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Upon successful completion, GTAs will be placed in a Local Trial Manager or Ontario Site Manager role based on business need and skillset.
