Job Summary
The Ambulatory Clinic Healthcare Associate is responsible for assuring efficient flow of patients through the health care setting by facilitating examination and treatment of patients in a culturally sensitive manner with exceptional customer service.
This role includes preparing patients for visits, performing limited procedures, scheduling diagnostic tests or consults, maintaining patient records, organizing clinic rooms, and assisting physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
