Catering & Events Executive (Operations) Job Responsibilities The position supports our company’s operations for events and catering. The role involves both administrative duties and hands-on tasks. Core Responsibilities Operations Central kitchen catering and events support which includes events set up and manning, and logistical support for deliveries. Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety procedures, food safety standards and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain and enforce high standards of workplace, kitchen, storage area and equipment cleanliness in accordance with food hygiene and safety regulations. (Simple Paperwork to align with company's ISO 22000 SOP) Delivery and Transportation Carry out delivery and collection duties when required. Ensure that company vehicles are maintained in a clean, hygienic and roadworthy condition, particularly when they are used for the transportation of food, ingredients or equipment. Reporting Structure The position reports directly to the Catering & Events Manager for all daily operational matters. Additional Requirements The role includes both administrative paperwork and physical operational duties. The employee must be prepared to assist across different areas of the business based on operational requirements. A valid Singapore Class 3A driving licence is mandatory. The candidate must be comfortable handling food-related operations, deliveries, documentation and physically demanding tasks when required.
