Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years software development experience
Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Proficiency in Apex, Trigger development, and LWC
Experience with AWS core services and Amazon Connect
