Job Summary

  • Partner with Client Leads, Service Line Leadership, and the Service Line Commercial Finance Lead to strengthen commercial decision-making, balancing revenue growth, cost management, and margin optimisation to deliver sustainable profitability and cash flow performance.
  • Support the Commercial Finance Lead in the review and challenge of budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial plans are robust, insight-driven, and prepared to a consistently high standard.
  • Provide proactive engagement with Brand and Client leadership to help shape income strategy alongside cost efficiency, improving commercial discipline and driving margin performance across a portfolio of 300+ clients.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years PQE
  • Experience in commercial finance role
  • FP&A background
  • Revenue reporting and commercial costs experience

  • Work well in fast-paced environment
