Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years progressive maintenance management
Multifamily apartment experience required
EPA Type I & II Certification required
CPO Pool Certification required
Yardi or property management software knowledge
Strong knowledge of OSHA standards
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree preferred
CAMT designation is a plus
Universal EPA Certification is a plus
Experience with smart phones and tablets
