Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of remuneration and benefits activities such as the Annual Remuneration Review process, job evaluations, global mobility and the provision of quality remuneration advice to a range of stakeholders.
  • Key responsibilities include playing a key role in the execution of the annual remuneration review, conducting job evaluations using the Korn Ferry Hay Methodology, and providing expertise and advice to HR Managers & Advisors.
