Must-have
Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs)
Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph
Proven experience designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems
Strong understanding of prompt engineering and workflow design
Experience deploying production Gen AI systems with Docker
Solid software engineering skills in Python and FastAPI
Nice-to-have
Experience with agentic and multi-step workflows
Knowledge of advanced retrieval strategies like hybrid search
Understanding of AI system evaluation and safety governance
Ability to work independently in agile environments
