Job Summary

  • Responsibilities Assess equipment & hardware availability to sustain production demand requirement
  • Technical support on equipment maintenance/troubleshooting/skill training/spare replenishment/etc
  • activities and resolve consignment equipment and tooling (including EWS probe card & FT load board and Burn-in board) related issues at subcon (OSAT) production
