Job Summary
The Senior Licensing Specialist is responsible for managing all of UWM's mortgage lender licenses in all 50 states including company, branch, and individual filings.
This role requires conducting audits of licenses and surety bonds while responding to conditions placed by state regulatory agencies to maintain compliance.
