The Manager is responsible for the management and optimization of registration functions at multiple Concord Hospital locations and financial assistance functions across all enterprise locations.
Responsibilities include operational, financial, performance improvement, and customer relations outcomes, as well as overall management of the enterprise’s Financial Assistance program.
The role requires leading and developing staff, managing performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering positive working relationships with stakeholders.
