  • Develop and maintain training, communication & standard materials, ensuring content maintenance for training delivery and web-based course setup.
  • Assist on the collection and qualification of demands, contribute to backlog management, and formalize Division/PG related processes toward digitization.
  • Support the deployment of the change management strategy, assist on the definition of appropriate change activities, and support Divisions Change Agents.
